Orders you can actually keep track of
An order is a record, not a message you have to scroll back to find: what was ordered, for whom, what stage it is at, and what was agreed. You mark it along as the work goes, and the customer sees where it stands.
Payment happens between you and your customer, the way it already does. Hello World does not take a cut, does not hold your money and has no payment provider in it.
Measurements, kept properly
For the trades that need them — tailoring above all — a customer’s measurements are kept on file instead of on a scrap of paper. They are the customer’s own data: they can see them, share them with whoever they choose, and take them back.
- Shared deliberately. You see a customer’s measurements because they shared them with you.
- Never for a supervised child. The feature is off for young accounts entirely.
